Printing

Copying

• Page numbers, dates, copy prohibition notes can be integrated as stamps when copying

Scanning

• Hardcopy documents scanned as PDF's can be password protected

Faxing 

• Fax re-send will capture and store undelivered faxes sent directly from the device. Fax number can be edited at the user interface and resend if required.
• Additional screen to confirm the recipients fax number to prevent incorrect fax transmission.

• SNMPv3 – encryption and secure transfer of communication data
