ApeosWare Management Suite is a group of software that integrative supports the use of devices connected via a network. ApeosWare Management Suite is centralized software comprised of integrating software in areas of “device management”, “user management”, “log management” and “outputmanagement.

The 4 module and their characteristics

Device Management module that performs unified management of the drivers
and use restrictions for multifunction devices and printers on the network. Software such as printer drivers can also be distributed to users.
User Management module for managing device users and for restricting the use of the copy, print, scan, and fax functions. When the ApeosWare Output
Quota Option is used, it is also possible to restrict output by setting upper limit values for copies and prints.

Log Management module for comprehensively reducing operation costs of devices by unified collecting and totalizing of operation history of multifunction devices and printers on a network.

Print Management module that enables for comprehensive management of the printing environment, while using the devices connected on a network and various print functions suited to purposes.
