Duties & Responsibilities |
|
- Sell products and services of FXGS (MOS, DOCS, BPS) in order to achieve individual revenue and profit target (Operation Plan)
- Responsible to sell products and services of FXGS (BPS) to customers which is assigned by FXGS Sales Manager
- In order to sell products and services, Business Consultant must engage with customers follow the “Client Centered Selling: CCS” principal
- Responsible to analyst his/her territory (industries) and make the sales plan for each account
- Responsible to coordinate with FXGS Pre & Post Sales Support Team, Customize and Development Team, FXGS Operation Team, Service Delivery Operation Team and Project Manager in order to propose the right solution and ensure the completed implementation
- Responsible to propose the proposal and/or quotation to customers by the approval of the price and profit margin from FXGS Sales Manager
- Business Consultant has the duty to join and participate in the trainings that FXGS Sales Manager specifies for skill and product/service knowledge development.
- Business Consultant has the duty to study and have knowledge about the country macro economic, market, competition, and all related to work.

Qualifications |
|
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
- Master Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields (Preferable)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, at least 3 years in sales or marketing field.
- Strong understanding in IT Solution, business process outsourcing or outsourcing business
- Strong customer service/management skills
- Good command of English
- Has capability to work under pressure
- Has responsibility to own performance and commitment
- Able to work in team
