EP-BB is including the Data Center which Fuji Xerox initiate to utilize Big data and AI for predictive maintenance support. And also included powerful remote support tools for customer requested at anytime. For Example:

  1. EP-BB e-service is a most important tool that helps technical support to get basic information of machine and understand what problem happened.
  • Firmware information
  • Error history

  1. Fuji Xerox Multifunction Every device will have Certification That is only available for Fuji Xerox Device and will be verified with CA Therefore ensuring that it cannot backdoor through the device

  2. Machine information transmission will be encoding and decoding by CA before storing that EP-BB not sent to Fuji Xerox Technical Center directly

  3. Fuji Xerox multifunction will send data only Machine information and cannot sent others Customer data such as scanned documents, printed documents.

  4. Every time before Technical Support will be remote to any customer Fuji Xerox devices must get the approval from customers.
